Return Policy

1. Overview

At Quarrionshaklyra, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which you may return products purchased from our website quarrionshaklyra.ddd.

This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), and Finnish legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978, as amended) and the Consumer Protection Decree (Kuluttajansuojasetus 19/1978).

2. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.
• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).
• You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
• The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The product must be returned with all original packaging materials.
• You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Important: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplements. This exception is permitted under Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Contact us at support@quarrionshaklyra.world within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Step 2: Include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
• Step 3: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
• Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
• Step 5: Ship the product to the address provided in the return authorization.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping terms:

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
• Products must be shipped within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you of the receipt and status of your return by email.
• If approved, we will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest (as permitted by Article 13(2) of the Consumer Rights Directive).
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• The full purchase price will be refunded, including standard delivery costs (if applicable).
• If you chose a more expensive delivery option than standard delivery, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Contact us immediately at support@quarrionshaklyra.world with photos of the damage.
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
• You have the right to a remedy under the Consumer Sales Directive if goods are not in conformity with the contract.
• Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.

8. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We will send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
• You will not be charged any additional costs for our errors.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or unsealed dietary supplements (for health and hygiene reasons).
• Products that have been used or tampered with.
• Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period.
• Products without proof of purchase.

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish law (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and EU law. You may have additional rights depending on your country of residence, including:
